Spokesman of the Pan Nigeria Presidency of Igbo Extraction Coalition, PANPIEC, the umbrella body of all organisations championing the Nigeria Presidency of Igbo Extraction Coalition, Prince Uche Erondu has lauded the apex Igbo body Ohanaeze Ndigbo for its decision to come out en-masse for the 2023 Nigeria Presidency of Igbo Extraction project.
In a statement, Prince Erondu thanked Ohanaeze for also backing PANPIEC since the time the CWC of the group visited it and assured that PANPIEC would officially visit the apex Igbo body to congratulate it once the lockdown is over.
He noted that PANPIEC has now been accepted by all Nigerians and is now in all wards, local governments and states of Nigeria and in the Diaspora.
Prince Erondu noted that the group will commence its town hall meeting in all the six geo -political zones once the lockdown is over.
In their reaction, the World Igbo Peoples Assembly, WIPAS, Oodua Justice Movement, Arewa Progressives, Niger Delta Equity movement and Nigeria Unity Forum have also lauded the Ohanaeze for coming out to back the Nigeria President of Igbo extraction project noting that such back up has now encouraged them to preach the message the more in their areas.
Also the Nigeria in Diaspora Organisations has lauded the Ohanaeze Ndigbo stand and called on all the political parties to zone their 2023 Presidency to Igbo land for justice, equity and fair play.
The Publicity Secretary of the group Gbenga Omololu noted that by morality, equity, justice and historical factors, it is the turn of the Igbos to produce next Nigeria President after President Buhari.
